Loyalty drives repeat business with a points program, coupons, promotions, and gift cards — applied consistently across POS and Commerce.
Loyalty program
- Go to XO Sales → Loyalty → Program → Setup.
- Set earn rules (points per SAR spent, per product/category) and redemption value.
- Enable enrollment at POS and online; customers see balances in the portal.
- Use loyalty follow-up to re-engage lapsing members.
Coupons
- Go to Loyalty → Coupons → New (or a coupon group for bulk codes).
- Set the discount, conditions (min spend, products), validity, and usage limits.
- Distribute codes; redemptions are tracked per coupon.
Offers & promotions
Create cart, bank, and special offers and discounts — conditional or automatic — that apply at checkout without manual entry.
Gift cards
- Create and sell gift cards; customers redeem them at POS or online.
- Track balances; restore mistakenly deleted cards.

Best practices
- Keep earn/redeem simple so customers understand the value.
- Use coupon groups for campaigns and track redemption to measure ROI.
- Pair abandoned-cart offers (Commerce) with loyalty for recovery.
Troubleshooting
- Points not earned. Check earn rules and that the customer is enrolled.
- Coupon rejected. Validity, usage limit, or conditions not met — the cart shows why.
