Employee referrals
- Go to XO People → Engagement → Referrals.
- Publish open roles employees can refer candidates to (links to Recruitment).
- Track referral status and reward successful hires.
Recognition
Let peers and managers send recognition (kudos/badges) tied to company values; surface a feed so wins are visible.
Pulse surveys
- Create a pulse survey under Engagement → Surveys.
- Choose questions, audience, and cadence (anonymous if you want candor).
- Review results and trends to act on engagement signals.

Announcements
Publish announcements to the whole company or a segment; confirm reach via read receipts.
Training & enablement
Share courses and enablement material; track completion for onboarding or compliance training.
Best practices
- Keep pulse surveys short and regular — trends matter more than one long annual survey.
- Make recognition public to reinforce the behaviors you want.
- Tie referrals to real rewards to keep the pipeline warm.
Troubleshooting
- Low survey response. Shorten it, make it anonymous, and send via the app push, not email.
- Announcement not seen. Check the audience segment and notification settings.
