Who we are
XO ERP (“XO”, “we”) provides business management software to organisations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data for our marketing website and demo bookings, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Information we collect
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, work email, company, phone, your chosen time slot, and any notes. We also collect basic, aggregated usage data (such as pages visited) to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and run your demo, respond to your enquiry, send the calendar invite and meeting link, and — only where permitted — to follow up about XO. We do not sell your personal data.
Data residency
XO product data is hosted inside the Kingdom. Demo scheduling uses Google Calendar/Meet to create your meeting, and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse; these process the minimum data needed to deliver those functions.
Your rights
Under PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by law.
Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, and limit access to those who need it to serve you.
