The service
This website presents information about XO ERP and lets you request a demo. Product subscriptions are governed by a separate service agreement entered into when you sign up.
Subscriptions, billing & VAT
Prices shown are in Saudi Riyal and exclude 15% VAT. Annual billing is the default; monthly billing is available at a premium. Indicative pricing may change — your order form is what governs your subscription.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service. Demo bookings are intended for genuine evaluation.
Intellectual property
XO, the XO ERP name, and the content of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
