Dispatch turns live location into on-time delivery — optimized routes, driver assignment, customer ETAs, and proof of delivery.

Plan: part of XO Fleet · Tracking (uses live GPS from Telematics).

Plan & optimize routes

1. Go to XO Fleet → Dispatch → New run.
2. Add stops (from orders/jobs) and a vehicle/driver.
3. XO optimizes the stop order for distance/time and shows the route.

Dispatch & track

• Dispatch the run to the driver’s app.
• Customers get live ETAs; you watch progress on the map.
• The driver captures proof of delivery (signature/photo) per stop.

Best practices

• Optimize multi-stop runs rather than assigning stops manually.
• Share ETAs to cut “where’s my order?” calls.
• Require proof of delivery to resolve disputes fast.

Troubleshooting

• No live ETA. The vehicle needs an active Tracking device (Telematics).
• Route not optimizing. Check that stop addresses geocode correctly.
