Products
Build your product and service catalog — variants, units, barcodes, price lists, bundles, and tax codes — used across sales, POS, and purchasing.
Updated March 15, 2026
Products is the master catalog behind every sale, purchase, and stock movement — items and services, variants, units, pricing, and tax codes — defined once and used everywhere.

Variants, units & barcodes
- Variants: create a pricing matrix by color/size and other options.
- Units of measure: use unit templates and multi/composite units (e.g. box of 12).
- Barcodes: multi-barcode, weighted/embedded barcodes, and bulk generate/print.
Categories & bundles
- Organize with multi-level categories and item groups.
- Build bundles (compound or pack products) that draw down component stock.
Price lists
- Create price lists (e.g. retail, wholesale, per channel).
- Assign per client (CRM) or per sales channel.
- Bulk-update prices and profit margins via Excel.
Import & maintain
- Import products from Excel; bulk update fields, prices, and status.
- Set minimum selling price and fixed discounts to protect margin.
Best practices
- Get tax codes right here — VAT flows from products to invoices and the return.
- Use unit templates so purchasing and selling units stay consistent.
- Keep categories meaningful for reporting and POS menu groups.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong VAT on invoices. Fix the product’s tax code.
- Barcode won’t scan at POS. Confirm the barcode type and that it’s assigned to the variant.
