- XO tracks registration (Istimara), insurance, inspection (Fahas), and operating cards with expiry dates (set on the vehicle).
- Get reminders ahead of each expiry; mark renewals complete to reset the clock.

- Log an accident/incident against the vehicle and driver.

- Treat the renewals dashboard as a weekly check — expired Istimara/insurance grounds a vehicle.
- Document accidents immediately with photos for claims.

Troubleshooting
- Missing renewal alert. The document needs an expiry date on the vehicle record.
- Claim stuck. Check required documents are attached before submitting to the insurer.
