Apps is the extension ecosystem for your store — install integrations for logistics, messaging, marketing, and automation without custom development.
Install an app
- Go to XO Commerce → Apps → Marketplace.
- Browse by category — logistics, messaging, marketing, automation, dropshipping.
- Install, authorize, and configure.

Common integrations
- Logistics — extra carriers and fulfillment partners.
- Messaging — WhatsApp order notifications.
- Automation — Zapier to connect XO events to thousands of apps.
- Marketing — Klaviyo for email/SMS flows.
- Dropshipping — AliExpress / auto-drop sourcing.
Build your own
Use the XO API and webhooks (Core → Integrations) to build private integrations when no app exists.
Best practices
- Install only what you use — each app is another moving part.
- Prefer official/native integrations for critical flows (payments, shipping).
- Review app permissions before authorizing.
Troubleshooting
- App not syncing. Re-authorize; check the app’s connection/logs.
- Duplicate orders/notifications. Two apps may overlap — disable one.
