Publish products online — physical, digital, booking, and donation types — with media, variants, SEO, and stock from XO Inventory.

Catalog is the online face of your products — what shoppers browse and buy. It publishes items managed in Products/Inventory, adding storefront-specific data like media, SEO, and online-only product types.
Add online products
- Go to XO Commerce → Catalog → Products → Add.
- Choose the type:
- Physical (ready product) — ships, tracks stock.
- Digital — file/license delivered after purchase.
- Digital card / voucher.
- Booking — time-slot/service product.
- Donation — for charity stores.
- Add images and videos, description, and price.
- Set product SEO — MPN/GTIN and meta — to improve search visibility.

Variants, brands & restrictions
- Offer variants (size/color) drawing on the product’s option matrix.
- Organize by brand and category.
- Apply product restrictions (e.g. age, region) where needed.
Availability & “notify me”
- Stock is live from XO Inventory per branch/warehouse.
- Enable “Notify me when available” to capture demand on out-of-stock items.
Import & sync
Import products and sync the catalog so the same item stays consistent across the store and Channels.
Best practices
- Fill GTIN/MPN and SEO — it’s free traffic from search and marketplaces.
- Use “notify me” to gauge demand before restocking.
- Keep the catalog sourced from one product master to avoid drift across channels.
Troubleshooting
- Item shows out of stock. Check warehouse stock and the channel’s stock mapping.
- Digital product not delivered. Confirm the file/license and the delivery trigger on payment.
