Build interactive dashboards with KPI cards, drag-and-drop widgets, drill-down, and filters — on live data across every XO module.

Dashboards give every role a live view of what matters — KPI cards and charts built by drag and drop, on real-time data from across XO (Books, Sales, Operations, People, Fleet).

Build a dashboard

  1. Go to XO Analytics → Dashboards → New.
  2. Add widgets — KPI cards, line/bar/pie charts, tables.
  3. Bind each widget to a data source (e.g. revenue, AR aging, stock value) and a time range.
  4. Arrange by drag and drop; resize to taste.
  5. Save and share.

Interact

  • Drill down from a KPI into the underlying records.
  • Apply filters/slicers (branch, project, period) across the whole board.
  • Dashboards render theme-adaptive (light/dark) and on mobile.

Default & role dashboards

Start from default dashboards per module, and set role-based dashboards so each team lands on the right view.

Best practices

  • Lead with 3–5 KPIs, not 30 — clarity beats density.
  • Use role dashboards so people see only what they act on.
  • Pin budget-vs-actual (from Budgets) for an always-on control.

Troubleshooting

  • Widget shows no data. Check the data source, filters, and your permissions for that module.
  • Numbers differ from a report. Confirm both use the same period and filters.
